On the day of your appointment, our professional floor plan technician will arrive promptly and laser measure all finished rooms and spaces. For floor plan only appointments nothing is "in the way," there is absolutely no need to stage the property, remove items, pets, etc. We're just measuring!
Floor plan only appointments usually take 30 to 90 minutes on-site, of course this depends on the total square footage of the home and if there are any additional finished or unfinished areas that you would like included. We'll give you a more accurate time frame when booking your appointment.
Within 24 hours you'll receive a link to download high-resolution JPEG images in multiple sizes suitable for web, MLS and printing.
